Synergia, the third-largest alcohol producer in Russia, has obtained the licence for the production of premium-class vodka under the Veda brand in two of its factories: Mariinsky distillery in the Kemerovo Province and Traditsyi Kachestva plant in Moscow Province. Both license contracts are valid till 31 March 2013.
Synergia plans to manufacture over 200,000 dl of the vodka annually, which is three times more than the Kristall, the previous Veda bottler, produced. The new licensee will also distribute Veda vodka.
