Euroset opens luxury boutique in Yekaterinburg

The mobile phone retailer Euroset has resumed the development of its luxury-store project by re-opening its premium-class, boutique-style store in Yekaterinburg. The store stocks exclusive luxury brands ranging in price from RUB 10,000 ($340) to RUB 5m ($170,300). A boutique of the kind had operated in Yekaterinburg during the period 2006-2009, however, it was closed as a result of the economic crisis. According to the retailer, in 2009 demand for luxury mobile phone brands in the Urals Federal District decreased by 35% year on year.
