Praktiker cancels Ukranian openings

The German DIY retailer Praktiker has cancelled its plans to open stores in Simferopol and Odessa. The company cites the financial crisis as the main factor behind this decision.
Praktiker has been operating in Ukraine since November 2007. The company currently operates three units in the country, located in Lviv, Mykolaiv and Makiivka.
