New supermarket signals Victoria recovery?

On 19 September 2009 Victoria Group, the owner of the Victoria grocery chain, opened a new supermarket in Moscow. The opening may mark the retailer’s recovery from the effects of the financial crisis.
Currently, there are 17 Victoria supermarkets in Russia.
