YAX! to leave Russia

The clothing chain YAX! is to close all of its outlets in the country, according to the portal Newsib.ru. Two stores – located in Novosibirsk’s Mega and Moskva shopping centres – were recently closed.
YAX! cites the current financial difficulties being experienced and low sales as the reasons behind this decision. Once all of the chain’s stores have been closed, the company will continue to operate as a wholesale supplier.
YAX! Currently operates over 70 stores in Russia.
