Two hundred Magnit cosmetics stores opened in 2011

Grocery retailer Magnit opened 200 units of its cosmetics store chain under the Magnit Kosmetik banner in 2011. The 200th outlet is located in Volgograd Province and features approximately 7,500 SKUs on an area of 340 m2. In 2012 Magnit plans to double the store count of Magnit Kosmetik.
As Retail Update Russia reported, the pilot Magnit Kosmetik store was opened just at the end of December 2010 in Novorossiysk (Krasnodar Territory).
